We want you to love your Noah Kahan merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition vinyl and certain tour-exclusive items may be final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags are attached and the item is in its original condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
